We seek a **Mechanic specialized in the repair and maintenance of plastic injection molds**. *Important:* **We are not seeking mold makers**, but rather a profile focused on **repair and maintenance**, not on manufacturing molds from scratch. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper condition of molds through **preventive and corrective maintenance**, as well as specific technical interventions. **What will you do?** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on plastic injection molds. * Diagnose faults and repair mold components. * **Laser welding** to restore worn or damaged areas. * Necessary adjustments and assembly operations to ensure proper mold functionality. * Use of workshop machinery and tools for various interventions. * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve technical issues. * Record interventions and applied improvements. **What is offered** * **Estimated salary:** approximately **€35,000–40,000 gross/year** * **Position type:** Newly created vacancy * Permanent contract with an industrial-sector company (plastic injection) * Flexible shift options: * **Morning shift:** 06:00–14:00 * **Afternoon shift:** 14:00–22:00 * **Split shift:** 08:00–17:00 (with 1 hour for lunch) REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory** * Experience in **maintenance and repair of plastic injection molds**. * Proficiency in **laser welding**. * Knowledge of mold adjustment, assembly, and disassembly. ### **Highly desirable** Experience with any of the following technologies: * **Wire EDM / Electrical Discharge Machining (wire-cut)** * **Sinker EDM** * **Grinding machine** * **Lathe and milling machine** Added value: * Experience with **hot runner injection molds**.
