If you want to develop your professional career in the field of welding, at LORTEK we are looking for a **Laser Technology Technician**. The main responsibility will be to participate in the execution of research projects and the transfer of results to the industrial sector. The main **responsibilities** are: * Execute tests and laser welding processes in robotic and automated cells. * Configure welding parameters and program equipment (robots). * Perform material and tooling preparation tasks using cutting, machining, assembly, etc. * Assist in the maintenance of equipment and facilities. * Collaborate with researchers and other technicians in preparing project proposals. * Collaborate with researchers and other technicians in analyzing results and drawing conclusions from conducted research. * Participate in receiving and sending materials to and from LORTEK's Pilot Plant. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Professional and personal development. * Ongoing technical training. * Flexible working hours. * Direct connection with the research and industrial enterprise world. * Positive working environment. * Initial employment contract with potential for consolidation as a cooperative member. **REQUIREMENTS** **Education in related fields:** * Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in areas related to industrial mechatronics, production/fabrication processes, welding, automation and robotics, etc. * Degree in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing, materials, etc. **Experience and knowledge:** * **Proven track record in industrial manufacturing applications of laser technologies**. * Knowledge of industrial processes related to metal welding technologies will be highly valued. * Knowledge and experience in quality testing laboratory environments will be positively considered. * Familiarity with UNE EN ISO/IEC standards will be an advantage. **Attitudes:** * Responsibility and commitment. * Flexibility in working hours.
