Through PACTO ETT, we are seeking to hire an Industrial Assembly Site Manager for an industrial engineering company specializing in the development and execution of industrial assembly projects across various sectors. They work on diverse projects, delivering comprehensive solutions with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site work, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include: \- Planning, organizing, and monitoring industrial assembly projects. \- Coordinating internal teams and subcontracted companies. \- Supervising fieldwork execution. \- Controlling costs, timelines, and allocated resources. \- Managing materials, machinery, and auxiliary equipment. \- Liaising with clients, technical management, and suppliers. \- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and quality standards. \- Preparing progress and site monitoring reports. \- Resolving technical and organizational issues arising during project execution. Working hours Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 15:00. However, due to the nature of projects, flexible scheduling is required to adapt to each site’s needs, including weekend availability and travel when required by the project. ### **Requirements** \* Technical education: Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) or equivalent. \* Prior experience as a Site Manager in industrial assembly projects. \* Leadership, organizational, and team management capabilities. \* Knowledge of construction planning and control. \* Valid Class B driving license. \* Willingness to travel nationwide according to project requirements. \* Availability to work weekends when project execution demands it. Preferred qualifications: \* Experience in sectors such as industry, energy, food, chemicals, or logistics. \* Training in Occupational Health and Safety. \* Proficiency in project planning and management tools.
