If you are passionate about technology, excellence-oriented, and eager to contribute to innovative and impactful projects, we want to meet you. ***\> What We Offer?*** * Professional development and continuous training opportunities. * Workplace flexibility to support personal and professional life balance. * Flexible compensation and benefits focused on your mental and emotional well-being. * Continuous training in key procedures and technologies. * A collaborative and innovative work environment within a leading IT solutions company. * Employment mode: On-site, at client premises (El Escorial (Madrid)). ***\> Responsibilities*** * Automate build, test, security scanning, deployment, and monitoring processes using CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows. * Manage container orchestration infrastructure using Kubernetes and OpenShift, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability. * Manage and maintain on-premise environments supporting microservices architectures, compliant with the National Security Scheme (ENS). * Configure and maintain pipelines using Jenkins, Tekton, and GitLab CI, integrated with Git and Maven. * Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automated deployments using Argo CD. * Define and implement secure deployment strategies: canary releases, blue-green deployments, progressive rollouts, and rollback mechanisms. * Monitor systems and deployments using ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Grafana. * Apply DevSecOps practices by integrating security controls into pipelines. * Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, QA, and architecture teams. * Participate in code reviews, security audits, and incident management. * Propose continuous improvements to deployment and operational processes. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD roles on complex or mission-critical projects. * Advanced proficiency in Kubernetes and OpenShift. * Experience automating CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Tekton, and/or GitLab CI. * Experience with GitOps and automated deployments using Argo CD. * Solid knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). * Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting using ELK Stack and Grafana. * Implementation of DevSecOps practices, compliance with ENS and OWASP standards. * Security management in pipelines and containers using tools such as Trivy. * Secure service-to-service and system-to-system authentication (e.g., Notary). * Experience working under agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello. * Teamwork capability, clear communication skills, and quality orientation. ***\> DESIRABLE:*** * Experience with Docker, microservices architectures, and distributed systems. * Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, MQ queues). * Prior experience in public administration projects or highly regulated environments. **If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, don’t hesitate—apply now… we’re waiting for you!!** Our commitment is to foster workplaces where people are treated with respect and dignity, always promoting the professional development of all staff.
