





Mystery Project is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive operational excellence and a culture of quality on-site. **Location:** Donostia (on-site, flexible start) **Contract:** Permanent · Full-time **Salary range (approximate):** 37,000 € gross/year depending on experience Your mission Ensure that every process and product meets—and exceeds—the required standards, integrating quality from design through delivery and turning data into tangible improvements in reliability, cost, and lead time. What you'll do (key impact areas) **Management system:** maintain and improve the QMS according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 (procedures, indicators, training, and audits). **Process quality:** define Control Plans, FMEA/AMFE, MSA, and SPC; lead actions in response to deviations and variability. **APQP & PPAP:** coordinate launch/industrialization deliverables and PPAP documentation with customers and suppliers. **Non-conformities & 8D:** manage customer/supplier incidents, root cause analysis, and sustainable corrective/preventive actions. **Supplier and customer:** qualification and monitoring of critical suppliers; technical support to customers and second-party audits. **Continuous improvement:** promote Lean/Kaizen initiatives, standardization, and digitization of quality records. **Reporting:** implement quality KPIs (ppm, scrap, rework, capability) and share actionable insights with Production and Engineering. **Desired skills and knowledge:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, Industrial Organization or related). +3 years in quality or industrial processes within an industrial environment (automotive, electronics, machining, assembly or similar). Practical experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, SPC, and MSA. Experience in internal/external audits and maintenance of ISO systems. Analytical ability, clear communication, and results orientation. Desirable: familiarity with IATF 16949 and professional-level English.
