December 19, 2025 #### **Description** Do you have experience working in the training field? Are you sales-oriented? If so, this could be your great opportunity! Your primary mission will be to support the professional courses department in developing customized proposals and managing training projects. In collaboration with the department head and the rest of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimal development of courses. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?** * You will attend to and respond to requests from groups and companies, identifying their needs and adapting existing solutions and/or developing new offerings. * You will implement commercial action plans aimed at acquiring and retaining clients. * You will prepare commercial proposals and monitor their progress, defining content, pedagogical approach, format, and budget. * You will design, develop, and coordinate customized training projects. * You will negotiate terms with various stakeholders. * You will coordinate operational activities and documentation related to customized projects—both national and international—including speaker accommodation and travel arrangements, venue bookings, catering services, etc. * You will analyze course evaluations and propose improvements for implementation in future editions. #### **Requirements** **Do you identify with the following characteristics?** * You hold a Higher Vocational Training qualification in Marketing and Advertising, Commercial Management, International Trade, Tourism, or a related field. * You have a minimum of three years’ experience working in training management and sales. * Your Basque and English language proficiency is advanced (C1 level). * You are an approachable person with outstanding social and interpersonal skills. **You’ll stand out if…** * You hold a university degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Advertising, Tourism, or a related discipline. * You possess basic graphic editing skills. * You have experience using CRM systems. * You have knowledge of or prior experience working in the gastronomy sector. **What we offer at Basque Culinary Center:** * The opportunity to join a pioneering initiative in the fields of education and gastronomy. * An indefinite contract within a continuously evolving project. * Flexibility and opportunities for remote work. * A supportive work environment that values people and promotes collaboration. * We foster an inclusive workplace.
