




Job Summary: We are seeking a concierge to manage building access, supervise common equipment, receive mail, and coordinate emergency response. Key Responsibilities: 1. Building access surveillance and control 2. Supervision of proper equipment operation 3. Coordination of evacuations and assistance during incidents A concierge is needed to fill positions in Donostia\-San Sebastián. Candidates with basic computer skills and prior experience in similar roles will be preferred. Main responsibilities include controlling and monitoring building access, as well as supervising the proper operation of common equipment. The role also involves receiving mail and coordinating evacuations and assisting others in case of incidents or emergencies. A temporary replacement contract for vacation coverage is offered, with a weekly working schedule of 34 hours. Working hours are Monday to Friday, in either morning shifts (08:00–15:00\) or afternoon shifts (13:00–20:00\).
