Tigloo is a Spanish technology consultancy, part of the French DCS IT Group, offering comprehensive IT services for digital transformation—including cybersecurity, infrastructure, outsourcing, and system development—helping enterprises modernize and optimize their digital environments with tailored solutions and a strong focus on customers and human talent What will you do on a day-to-day basis? * Administration and maintenance of the company's core systems. * Comprehensive management of the virtualization environment (VMware and Horizon). * Administration and monitoring of the virtual machine backup infrastructure (Veeam or other tools). * Creation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Linux virtual machines for the development department. * Monitoring system performance, availability, and security. * Management and resolution of advanced-level technical incidents. * Coordination with system and software vendors, acting as the technical liaison between internal IT and external partners. Collaboration in the continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure across networks, communications, and security. * * You will be responsible for the overall management and evolution of the corporate IT infrastructure. * You will lead the administration of virtualization environments (VMware and VDI), Windows/Linux systems, and backup platforms, ensuring service availability, performance, and security. * You will serve as the technical reference for resolving complex incidents and as a key liaison with vendors and internal teams, driving continuous improvement in systems, networks, and communications.
