Position with a career path toward commercial management. **Project Manager \- Technical Key Account Manager** ================================== We need to hire a person to perform the duties of a **Key Account Manager** with a strong technical background. As an **industrial technical supplier**, we develop **applied engineering and equipment solutions** for international industrial clients, participating in projects coordinated by engineering firms and main contractors. The position combines client management with direct involvement in the technical definition of complex proposals. In the initial stage, the candidate will actively participate in tender document analysis, technical clarifications, and proposal structuring together with engineering and operations teams, subsequently evolving toward global commercial management responsibilities. We require a profile with business vision but comfortable working on the technical and operational details of projects. ### **Responsibilities:** * Strategic account management and progressive development * Technical analysis of customer requirements and proposal documentation * Preparation of technical\-economic proposals together with engineering * Definition of exceptions, technical clarifications, and deviations * Internal coordination with technical office, production, and quality departments * Technical liaison with customers during the proposal phase * Participation in project negotiation and closing ### **Profile Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field * Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical\-commercial roles, proposal management, or industrial project management * Ability to work on technical details and contractual documentation * Interest in progressing toward global commercial responsibilities * Fluent English is essential * Residence in Biscay or willingness to work in the area ### **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract * Position with a career path toward commercial management * Technical environment with high interaction with engineering teams * Indicative salary: 55\.000 \-65\.000 € gross/year, negotiable based on experience \+10% variable compensation.
