* Supervise and technically coordinate sustainable construction and renovation projects carried out by the company, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with environmental standards. * Plan, organize, and control construction activities, including management of natural and ecological materials (lime, clay, wood, cork, natural insulation, stone, etc.), performance monitoring, and cost control. * Verify the correct application of construction methods according to bioconstruction principles and energy efficiency and environmental comfort standards. * Prepare or review quantity surveys, budgets, and technical documentation for project monitoring. * Coordinate on-site personnel, ensure occupational health and safety, and implement quality, environmental, and prevention management systems. * Collaborate with technical management in continuous process improvement and the integration of innovative, low-environmental-impact construction materials and solutions. **Working Hours:** Full-time from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours according to project needs. **Duration:** Permanent position / with a 3-month probation period **Workload:** Full-time **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering * Bachelor's degree in Technical Architecture * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences * or equivalent * Proficiency in technical software such as AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, or similar will be valued. * Knowledge or certification in environmental and sustainability management systems (LEED, BREEAM, Passivhaus, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 or equivalent) will be valued. * Sensitivity towards sustainability and improving energy efficiency in the construction sector.
