INFO LN Technician (Functional Support for Infor LN / BAAN ERP)

Job Summary: We are seeking a BAAN/Infor LN functional support specialist to resolve incidents, provide user support, maintain the ERP system, coordinate with vendors, and assist in key business processes. Experience in functional support for BAAN or Infor LN ##### **Responsibilities** * Functional incident handling and resolution in BAAN / Infor LN. * User support for procurement, logistics, production, and finance modules. * Data error analysis and transaction validation. * Basic ERP configuration and functional maintenance. * User, role, and permission management. * Documentation of procedures and user manuals. * Coordination with external vendors for enhancements and developments. * User accompaniment during closings, inventories, and other key operational processes. * Support during user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to deployments. ##### **Requirements** * Prior experience in functional support for BAAN or Infor LN. * Knowledge of business processes in industrial environments (logistics, production, procurement, and/or finance). * Ability to analyze incidents and translate user needs into functional requirements. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with users. * Analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Experience working within multidisciplinary teams. * Availability for on-site work.
