




Position Summary: We are seeking Strategy and Transformation Analysts to define and deconstruct strategic problems, conduct analyses, and formulate recommendations to support decision-making. These individuals will work closely with the CEO, other members of Business Leadership, and the strategy team to help define and deconstruct the business’s strategic problems, conduct analyses, and formulate concrete recommendations for decision-making. This is a role offering strong cross-functional exposure and a rapid learning curve, with direct impact on strategic priorities and execution of transformation initiatives.**Key Responsibilities** * Contribute to **strategy and transformation projects**: hypothesis definition, analysis, synthesis, and recommendation development. * Support the advancement of strategic initiatives in collaboration with business areas, **identifying coordination needs and proposing improvements**. * **Develop executive presentations and materials** for various organizational levels. * Participate in working sessions with **cross-functional teams**, facilitating information structuring and decision-making. * Conduct **market analysis, benchmarking, and opportunity assessment**, as required. * Support the **identification and quantification of improvement levers** (operational, organizational, or financial) and the prioritization of initiatives. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Additional education in strategy or management (Master’s/MBA) is desirable but not mandatory. **Skills and Competencies** * **Structured thinking and problem-solving ability**, tackling complex situations using data, facts, and logical reasoning to reach actionable conclusions. * **High analytical rigor and results orientation**, with the ability to work with incomplete information, financial models, and meet demanding deadlines in complex environments. * **Strong communication and synthesis skills**, both oral and written, including the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences and translate complexity into clear, executive-level messages. * **Collaboration and influence capabilities in cross-functional environments**, working effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to alignment and joint decision-making. * **Execution mindset**, focused on delivering solutions beyond analysis, with the ability to independently initiate tasks, manage multiple priorities, and drive work to completion in a high-pressure environment. **Tools and Languages** * Proficiency in **Excel** for financial modeling, including scenario and sensitivity analysis, and **PowerPoint**. * Familiarity with **accounting and financial concepts** (CapEx, ROI, etc.). * Knowledge of **Power BI** and proficiency in **integrated ERP systems**, preferably SAP, is positively valued. * Advanced level of **English** (B2–C1) for fluent interaction with international teams and offices; knowledge of **Basque** and **French** is positively valued.
