DESCRIPTION At Rieka Talent, we are looking for a **Spare Parts Specialist** with experience in spare parts management for commercial vehicles or automotive applications. The role includes technical support to workshops and customers, identification of part references, order management, and stock control in accordance with Ford Trucks procedures and standards. We seek an organized, accurate, and agile professional capable of working in a professional environment with a dynamic volume of operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Identification and supply of genuine **Ford Trucks** spare parts via electronic catalog. * End-to-end order management: request, receipt, verification, location, and delivery. * Support to the **workshop** (internal customer) and spare parts customers at the counter and by phone. * Stock control, inventories, turnover, and replenishment. * Issuance and management of delivery notes, logistics documentation, and basic invoicing. * Warehouse organization ensuring order, traceability, and regulatory compliance. * Processing returns and warranty claims according to Ford Trucks procedures. * Tracking urgent orders and coordinating with the manufacturer’s logistics department. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** * Previous experience as a **spare parts specialist**, preferably in commercial vehicles. * Familiarity with electronic spare parts catalogs and workshop ERPs/DMS. * Proficient use of computer tools. * Knowledge of OEM part numbers, equivalents, and automotive components. * Organized, solution-oriented, and service-focused individual. * Education in Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * Driver's license **B**.
