Job Summary: We are seeking Support Technicians for a service expansion project at an educational institution in Barcelona, dedicated to migrating workstations to Windows 11 and providing technical support. Technical support in educational environments and events Support Technician We are seeking two Support Technicians to join a service expansion project at a leading educational institution in Barcelona. You will integrate into a team of four people focused on migrating workstations to Windows 11, performing pre-migration user workstation reviews, backup procedures, the actual migration, and post-migration support for incident resolution and adaptation to the new environment. Main Responsibilities Providing user support for incident resolution and change request management.Migrating devices to Windows 11, including pre-migration review and backup.Providing technical support in educational environments.Preparing for and delivering technical support during events.Providing on-site support at various client locations across Barcelona. Requirements Minimum qualification: CFGM (Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate).Less than one year of professional experience in similar roles.User workstation knowledge.Microsoft systems knowledge.Spanish and Catalan are mandatory.Empathy towards users, proactivity, stress tolerance, and teamwork ability.Prior experience in educational environments or migration projects will be valued.
