Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician for a senior residence, responsible for the comprehensive management of facilities and assistive equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and monitoring of external suppliers and subcontracted companies Grupo Pere Mata - Gente Mayor manages senior residences and day centers for elderly people in Barcelona city, the metropolitan area, and Central Catalonia. Its services provide high-quality, person-centered care. A maintenance technician is required for a senior residence to carry out preventive, corrective, and modification maintenance on all types of installations (low voltage, heat generation, cooling, water, legionella prevention), etc. Requirements: * Medium-level vocational training in electricity and electronics. * Higher-level vocational training in one of the following specialties: Electrical and Automatic Installations; Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Installations. * Personal vehicle. * Immediate availability. Responsibilities: * Planning, coordination, and supervision of the proper operation of equipment and building systems. * Organization and management of maintenance teams. * Execution and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Maintenance of updated inventories of installations. * Management and monitoring of external suppliers. * Organization and monitoring of on-call shifts. * Monitoring and supervision of subcontracted companies performing training-related or renovation maintenance. * Preparation and updating of graphical documentation for buildings and installations. * Other duties as required.
