You will be responsible for the full management of assigned workers across various environmental services, conservation and maintenance, and cleaning departments. **Main Responsibilities** * Personnel Administrative Management * Prepare, update, and manage employment files. * Support hiring, social security registration, contract renewals, and terminations. * Monitor attendance, absences, sick leaves, and vacations. * Enter data into HR or payroll systems. Labor Relations * Support prevention and resolution of labor conflicts. * Facilitate communication between workers and supervisors. * Apply disciplinary regulations within assigned services. Legal and Regulatory Compliance * Ensure implementation of labor policies in accordance with current legislation. * Maintain required documentation up-to-date for internal or external audits. * Support occupational health and safety (OHS) processes when necessary. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role * In-depth knowledge of labor law and payroll. * Conflict resolution skills and service orientation. * Proficiency in IT tools and HR systems. * Confidentiality and professional ethics.
