Opportunity for professional development and continuity We are looking for a claims handler to manage claims related to electrical damage. Solid knowledge of electronics or electricity is required, as well as a basic understanding of insurance sector terminology. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with good organizational, analytical, and teamwork abilities, will be highly valued. Responsibilities include opening claims files, drafting detailed technical reports, and communicating resolutions to insured customers. The role also involves issuing instructions to the company’s assistance services, as well as assessing and determining coverage and the extent of damages and losses incurred. An initial contract of 3 to 4 months is offered, with real prospects for permanent employment, and an annual gross salary of €18,000. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with rotating on-call shifts from 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The workplace is located on Paseo de la Castellana. What Are We Looking For? * Experience handling and processing insurance files for an insurance company or expert appraisal firms, in the motor physical damage line of business. * Proficiency in computer applications and claims management platforms or similar systems. * VALUABLE: Knowledge of valuation systems (GTESTIMATE and AUDATEX) or vocational training qualifications in Automotive Engineering.
