At present, we are seeking a **Quality Technician** to strengthen the Corporate Quality area in Beasain. **Job Mission** Within the Corporate Quality area, you will be responsible for: * Ensuring compliance with and implementation of the SCIIS (Internal Control System for Sustainability Information). * Ensuring compliance with and implementation of the Corporate Quality Policy across the Group’s businesses. * Collaborating with Businesses in advisory and internal audit activities to achieve IRIS and ISO 9001 certification. * Participating in various Working Groups at the IRQB (UNIFE), ISO, and UNE levels related to ISO 22163 and ISO 9001 standards, representing CAF’s voice, identifying innovations, and deploying them downstream across the businesses. **Minimum Requirements** * Higher Engineering Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering + Master’s (preferably in Industrial Organization). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the industrial sector (preferably in the railway, automotive, or similar sectors). * Experience in internal control environments (SCIIS, SCIIF, etc.). * Experience conducting internal quality audits. * Knowledge of process implementation. * Training on ISO 9001 and IRIS standards. * Advanced proficiency in Basque, Spanish, and English. * Experience with BPM Process Engineering tools will be positively valued. * Experience in sustainability-related regulations and Advanced Management Models (EFQM, Euskalit, …) will be valued. **Competencies** * Teamwork * Openness to change and commitment to continuous improvement * Commitment * Results- and customer-oriented mindset **[CAS]** **What We Offer You** Joining the CAF Group offers you the opportunity to become part of a highly qualified team and enjoy real opportunities for personal and professional development.
