We are currently looking for CLINICAL ASSISTANTS to join the team at the new Elbiraenea residence in Donostia – San Sebastián. YOUR MISSION will be to provide residents with basic personal care and fundamental healthcare, always seeking their maximum well-being and quality of life, following the guidelines established by the interdisciplinary team in individualized care plans (PAI). What will your RESPONSIBILITIES be? * Perform auxiliary care tasks according to established rules and PAI (Individualized Care Plan) planning * Monitor vital signs as per medical instructions * Administer assigned medications under nursing supervision * Provide attention and support during meals and intake * Maintain hygiene conditions in bedrooms and common areas * Participate in identifying other risks for the user (leaks, falls, medication administration, use of physical restraints, biological risks, etc.) * Manage clothing, both residents' clothes and bed linens * Record information generated through your activities using the formats and/or tools specified by the center * Carry out washing, drying, ironing, sorting, checking, and distribution of bed linen, towels, and residents' clothing * User guidance and orientation * Proper use of resources * Planning and organizational skills
