We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a stable position in Alcalá de Henares. Your responsibilities will include managing all documentation related to the warehouse. This covers receipt, registration, and subsequent filing of delivery notes and invoices, as well as controlling outgoing goods. You will be responsible for keeping the inventory records up to date, ensuring that the information is always accurate. Additionally, your role will be essential in maintaining impeccable order both in physical documentation and in departmental electronic files. We offer an initial contract through our temporary employment agency, with clear expectations of permanent incorporation into the company’s staff under a long-term contract. The initial remuneration is €18,000 gross per year, with potential increases based on performance. * Prior experience in delivery note management and logistics administration. * Advanced computer skills.
