




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to maintain accounting books, prepare and file tax returns, and manage relevant documentation and archiving. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive accounting and tax management 2. Document management and archiving We are looking for a professional for the position of Administrative Assistant in Gijón (Asturias). Main duties will include maintaining the company's accounting books, as well as preparing and filing tax returns such as Personal Income Tax (IRPF), Value Added Tax (IVA), and Corporate Tax. The candidate will also be responsible for document management and archiving of all relevant information. A minimum of two years' verifiable experience in a similar role is required. A permanent employment contract will be offered, with a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week. Working hours will be from Monday to Friday. The remuneration will be determined in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Offices and Law Firms in the Principality of Asturias.
