Responsibilities * Manage and organize office documents and files. Answer phone calls and emails, providing basic information. Support preparation of reports and presentations. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments. Prepare budgets and monitor their execution. Support general administrative tasks (invoicing, databases, etc.). Assist in managing leave requests and other administrative procedures. Perform other administrative support tasks as required on a daily basis. Requirements Ability to work effectively in a team. Proactive attitude and motivation toward work. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, email). A fixed-term contract is offered, with the possibility of indefinite employment depending on company needs. Compensation will be determined in accordance with the Álava Construction Collective Agreement.
