THE CHALLENGE Reporting directly to the General Management, you will play a key role in coordinating the company’s various departments, acquiring new projects, and providing close support to clients throughout the entire process. Your role will be to drive, connect, and execute—acting as strategic support to Management and as the engine behind the company’s sustainable growth. WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE? Management and Coordination * Support Management in daily operations and actively participate in decision-making. * Provide operational support in organizing and tracking projects and/or clients. * Attend internal meetings and client meetings, representing the company professionally, approachably, and effectively. * Serve as a liaison between Management and teams, helping to communicate objectives, align efforts, and maintain daily workflow momentum. Commercial Development and Customer Relations * Drive business growth both locally and nationally. * Identify new market opportunities and actively contribute to securing orders. * Accompany clients throughout the entire process, ensuring their satisfaction and building lasting relationships of trust. Management and Continuous Improvement * Collaborate on optimizing internal processes and implementing organizational improvements. * Analyze data and performance results to propose actions that enhance efficiency and profitability. * Support the preparation of reports, KPIs, and documentation for decision-making. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS WHAT PROFILE ARE WE SEEKING? * Technical Engineering degree in the industrial field. * Prior experience in industrial environments, in technical, commercial, or managerial roles. * Ability to coordinate teams and manage cross-functional projects. * English proficiency (mandatory); Basque language skills are a plus. * Proficiency in management and analytical software tools (ERP, Excel, Power BI, etc.). * Willingness to travel, primarily within Spain.
