We are selecting a Senior Support Technician for a major end client, responsible for combining advanced technical tasks with operational supervision of the support team. We seek a candidate with solid experience in Microsoft environments, databases, and functional support, capable of reviewing team work, ensuring service quality, and maintaining smooth communication with the client. Responsibilities * Review of pending incidents in the ticketing tool. Tool control. * Escalation of incidents when they cannot be resolved by the support team. * Preparation of reports on resolved, pending, and ongoing incidents. * Creation of procedural manuals. Ongoing liaison with the client. * Backlog management for activities and incidents. * Technical team support. * Preparation of service reports and reporting. * Quality assurance and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). * Weekly follow-up with the client. * Document management (creation, review, and control of procedures and technical and operational service documentation). * Change management and service audit. Requirements * Higher education degree in Computer Science. * Over three years’ experience in Service Desk, microcomputer support, and functional application support. * Experience managing SLA reports for clients, team management, etc. * At least one year’s experience in the Retail sector (ideal). * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft environments; Email and Microsoft Office. * Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN/WiFi. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems. * Programming environments such as .NET or similar. * Knowledge of relational databases Paradox and MySQL. Developer level. * Valid Driver’s License B1. * Leadership, communication, people management, and development.
