Combined with the challenge of preserving our essence while advancing toward sustainability, this makes us unique and extraordinary. *What will be your mission?* Proactively deliver exceptional and comprehensive service to guests, providing detailed information about the hotel and its services while adhering to established sales procedures; manage reservations; and, above all, ensure each guest feels special and exceptionally well attended throughout their stay. *What are the main responsibilities?* * Know operational procedures and service standards. * Inform guests about hotel services and attend to any requests. * Carry out check-in and check-out processes satisfactorily. * Manage the boutique. *What do we require from you?* * Relevant education (Advanced Vocational Training in Tourism Accommodation, Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality and/or Hotel Management). * Computer skills (hotel management software and office applications). * Prior experience in 5-star hotels and/or similar establishments. * Advanced English and/or other languages. *What would we like you to bring to the team?* We seek individuals who share our way of doing things—with care and passion.
