Job Summary: Provide technical assistance to customers for material conditioning, optimizing productivity and cost in the mixing room. Key Highlights: 1. Reports to the Shift Coordinator, Mercedes-Benz Vitoria GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS On-site technical assistance at customer facilities for conditioning materials prior to application in various application booths. The process will be performed at the customer’s site to optimize productivity and cost. PRIMARY ACTIVITIES – Mixing Room * Warehouse orders * Viscosity and temperature control * Agitator control * Paint loading for Circulating circuits * Paint loading for Minicirculating circuits * Cleaning and loading of Special Color circuits * Enamel kettle preparation and management * Solvent loading * Circulating circuit cleaning: Clear coat * Circulating circuit cleaning: Minicirculating * Circulating circuit cleaning: Metallic basecoats * Circulating circuit cleaning: Single-layer enamels * Circulating circuit cleaning: Primers * Material identification in the mixing room * Waste separation and identification * Preventive filter replacement * Support in conducting monthly inventories * Maintenance of 5S principles. REPORTING LINE This position reports directly to the Shift Coordinator, Mercedes-Benz Vitoria.
