Maintenance of 5S and support for monthly inventories GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS On-site technical assistance at customer facilities for material conditioning prior to application in various application booths. The process will be carried out at the customer site to optimize productivity and cost. MAIN ACTIVITIES \- Mixing Room * Warehouse orders * Viscosity and temperature control * Agitator control * Paint loading for circulating circuits * Paint loading for minicirculating circuits * Cleaning and loading of special color circuits * Enamel kettle preparation and management * Solvent loading * Cleaning of circulating circuits: clear coat * Cleaning of circulating circuits: minicirculating * Cleaning of circulating circuits: metallic bases * Cleaning of circulating circuits: single-layer enamels * Cleaning of circulating circuits: primers * Material identification in the mixing room * Separation and identification of waste materials * Preventive filter replacement * Support for monthly inventory execution * Maintenance of 5S.
