




We are seeking an administrative/executive assistant with a disability certificate: Responsibilities: - Managing schedules and coordinating meetings. - Preparing reports and presentations. - Handling telephone calls and emails. - Coordinating with other departments. Requirements: - Mandatory disability certification of at least 33%. - Prior experience as an assistant and/or administrator for a minimum of 3 years. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Advanced English level (B2-C1). - Strong communication skills. - Specific training in administrative management is desirable. Offer: - Full-time temporary contract – duration of 12 months, extendable. - Working days: Monday to Friday. - Flexible working hours from 08:00 to 18:00, including legally mandated breaks.
