If you are interested in participating in the selection process and wish to join this team and accompany us in this major challenge, **do not hesitate to apply**!! **Job Description** Among the *main responsibilities* are: * Technical layout of assigned projects to ensure execution and improve the planned project margin. * Direct liaison with our client/faculty director, engineering, etc. * Implementation, together with our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) department, of safety plans. * Supplier management. * Subcontractor management. * Document management (licenses and permits, OHS documentation, handover documentation, etc). * Project completion and delivery of documentation to the client (drawings, legalizations, etc). * Planning and organizing on-site work with supervision of subcontractors. * Receiving equipment and materials on site. * Coordination of on-site personnel and subcontractors. * Monitoring and coordination of installation commissioning. **Requirements** ***Education:*** Medium or higher vocational qualification. ***Minimum experience:*** 2 years in electrical and/or mechanical installations or in a similar position. **Minimum Requirements** * Ability to interpret drawings and schematics related to all types of mechanical installations: HVAC and ventilation systems, plumbing, fire protection systems (PCI), and electrical systems. * Planning of personnel and/or subcontractors. * On-site data collection for reporting to the assigned site manager. * Knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical installations. * *Performing functions as a preventive resource.* ***Preferred qualifications:*** * Completion of the Basic Occupational Risk Prevention Course (60 hours) **Additional Information** We know that *p**r**o**f**e**s**s**i**o**n**a**l**s* are the fundamental pillar of our corporate identity and results.
