**Responsibilities:** The individual will identify the profitability drivers of the Business, advising the Business Management Board and the Financial Management on key actions to improve them. Additionally, they will be responsible for implementing economic models in the financial area within new companies in the business, ensuring that criteria are consistent across all companies. **Tasks:** * Carry out the Business Management Plan, monitoring compliance with the M.P. at each plant and reporting deviations to the Business Management Board. * Coordinate and promote business profitability improvement action plans, identifying opportunities through variance analyses and a global overview. Perform business management control. * Ensure standardization of systems across different plants, both in content and format. * Coordinate and prepare the Strategic Planning, Business Management Plan, and its review, taking responsibility for monitoring and timely compliance. * Determine the optimal option for manufacturing parts (in which plant production is most efficient). * Conduct profitability analysis of business investments and take responsibility for their monitoring and control: from initiation, tracking execution, asset registration, transfers, accelerated amortizations, and asset disposal, following criteria established by the Economic-Financial Management. Interested candidates must meet the following personal and professional profile: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles within Industry (with similar revenue volume). * Knowledge of SAP in Finance modules (CO/PA). * Advanced level of English. * Advanced level of Basque.
