




We are currently seeking a Pig Farm Supervisor to join our pig farming operation. Reporting to the Production Manager or Farm Manager, your main tasks and responsibilities will be: * Management of a human team of 15 workers * Stock control of raw materials (medicines, feed, insemination doses, etc.) * Control of livestock entry and exit * Identification and reporting of production optimization needs and improvements * Programming and operation of automated systems * Ensuring compliance with biosecurity, animal welfare, and occupational risk prevention protocols * Monitoring alarms and tracking incidents * Overseeing farm setup/teardown and preparation for livestock entry and exit * Basic general maintenance tasks **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience performing duties and responsibilities as a Pig Farm Supervisor, preferably on a farm of similar characteristics and scale (3,000 sows) * Availability to work weekends (rotating schedule, mornings only on Saturdays and Sundays) * Residence in Murcia or surrounding areas, or willingness to relocate to the area * Valid driver’s license (Class B) and personal vehicle for commuting * Responsible individual with strong teamwork skills, incident resolution capability, and ability to work autonomously **Offered:** * Immediate hiring and job stability * Indefinite full-time contract, 40 hours per week scheduled Monday through Sunday (morning shifts only), including legally mandated rest periods * Continuous training provided by the company and opportunities for professional development within the organization * Positive working environment in a family-owned business with many years of sector experience * Salary commensurate with experience and value contributed (minimum €37,000) * Possible housing provision * Performance-based incentives tied to production results **Preferred qualifications:** * Medium or higher vocational training degree in Agricultural and Livestock Business Management, Livestock and Animal Care, or related field * Certification in Pig Welfare and official certification as a livestock pesticide/biocide handler.
