**️Work shift:** Morning or afternoon. Alternate weekend days off.
**Working hours:** Full-time
**Schedule:** Morning: 7:45–14:45 or Afternoon: 14:45–21:45.
**Salary:** €39,000 gross per year, paid in 14 installments.
**Housing assistance:** If you join us from another province, you will receive an **economic allowance of €1,500**, disbursed in three payments of €500 over the first three months.

#### **What will you do on the team?**
You will be **key** to the **care and health monitoring of residents**. Your mission is to ensure **safe, high-quality, person-centered healthcare**. Your main responsibilities will include...
**Monitoring residents’ health status**, administering medication and treatments, performing wound care, monitoring vital signs, and managing chronic conditions.
**Participating in the Individualized Care Plan and coordinating care** with other professionals at the facility.
**Promoting best clinical practices and risk prevention**, contributing to the quality and continuity of care.
**Supporting and guiding residents and their families**, collaborating with the team and documenting residents’ progress to ensure **continuity of care**.
#### **What do you need?**
#### **Education:**
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
#### **Other skills and knowledge:**
If you enjoy **caring for older adults**, **working collaboratively in a team**, and delivering **close, person-centered care**, this position may be ideal for you.
#### **Experience:**
Prior experience in the **socio-healthcare sector** is preferred. If you have **just completed your studies**, this opportunity is also open to you.
