Your mission is to ensure **safe, high-quality, person-centered healthcare**. Your main responsibilities will include... **Monitoring residents’ health status**, administering medication and treatments, performing wound care, monitoring vital signs, and managing chronic conditions. **Participating in the Individualized Care Plan and coordinating care** with other professionals at the facility. **Promoting best clinical practices and risk prevention**, contributing to the quality and continuity of care. **Supporting and guiding residents and their families**, collaborating with the team and documenting residents’ progress to ensure **continuity of care**. #### **What do you need?** #### **Education:** Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. #### **Other skills and knowledge:** If you enjoy **caring for older adults**, **working collaboratively in a team**, and delivering **close, person-centered care**, this position may be ideal for you. #### **Experience:** Prior experience in the **socio-healthcare sector** is preferred.
