Description
The position focuses on the comprehensive development of marketing strategy for a winery, covering multiple key areas. One of the primary responsibilities is defining and managing brand strategy, including creating the corporate identity manual and handling legal aspects of trademarks, alongside market analysis to position products effectively. Packaging and product management constitute another critical facet, involving coordination with external agencies and participation in the New Products Committee to oversee label and packaging design that is both attractive and functional for the target market. Additionally, the role demands strong digital channel orientation, where strategies for the website, e-commerce, and social media are defined and implemented, along with managing the loyalty club to strengthen customer relationships. Communication serves as a fundamental pillar, encompassing media relations management through press releases, newsletter creation, and organizing in-house events at wineries, trade fairs, sponsorships, and competitions to enhance brand visibility. Finally, the enotourism area requires designing and implementing visitor experiences—such as guided tastings and special events—that complement the overall commercial strategy. This set of activities aims to consolidate the company’s market presence both nationally and internationally through coherent communication and well-planned marketing initiatives.
