Position Summary: Incarlopsa is seeking a Continuous Improvement Technician to identify, lead, and accelerate improvements in production processes, deliver Lean workshops, and solve problems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and improve existing production processes 2. Lead and participate in new projects and problem-solving events 3. Design and deliver workshops on Lean tools At Incarlopsa, a leading company in the production of high-quality meat products, we are selecting a **CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT TECHNICIAN** for one of our plants located in Tarancón. Main responsibilities include: * Engage in the production environment to identify improvement opportunities in existing production processes. * Enhance quality and productivity of production lines through improvement actions. * Attend daily meetings to gain an overall understanding of the production plant’s needs. * Lead and participate in new projects. * Accelerate continuous improvement processes. * Design and deliver workshops related to Lean tools. * Lead problem-solving events. * Audit processes and projects. **Minimum Education Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree. * A related Master’s degree is desirable. **Working Hours** Part-time, Monday to Friday.
