Because we believe that building a better future starts with people who feel good. **YOUR MISSION AT ORMAZABAL** **You will ensure the proper functioning of the production system by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and facilities.** * You will prepare and execute/supervise the Preventive Maintenance Plan for machines and facilities, aligned with requirements specified in equipment manuals and based on prior experience with recurring corrective actions. * You will perform/supervise corrective maintenance on equipment (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs), complying with applicable safety and environmental legislation, resolving incidents, repairing components of both production and non-production facilities using appropriate equipment, managing subcontractors when required, and assisting technicians sent by suppliers. * You will conduct standardized inspections and formalize maintenance agreements. * You will implement improvements to machinery and facilities by contracting specific services. * You will provide technical advice to the Production and R&D departments, collaborating/subcontracting the design and manufacturing of tools to enhance production processes according to operational needs. * You will adapt facilities to meet evolving requirements: ensuring facility maintenance by reporting issues related to the building structure (facades, roofs, fences, exits, etc.), maintaining non-production elements related to interior systems (alarms, surveillance cameras, fire extinguishers, hot water installations to prevent legionella, etc.), and adapting the plant layout to suit production equipment. * You will return hazardous waste (e.g., fluorescent lamps, batteries) to suppliers. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE** * **Education:** Higher Technical Degree in Electricity, Electromechanical Maintenance, or equivalent. * 3–5 years’ experience in industrial environments. * English: Level A1–B2. * **Required Competencies:** Autonomy and proactivity; ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams; adaptability to change; technological proficiency; attention to detail and technical rigor. * **Willingness to Learn and Proactive Attitude:** If you enjoy learning new things and working collaboratively, you’ll do so daily here, surrounded by experienced professionals. * **Valid Driver’s License and Personal Vehicle:** Required to operate within the industrial setting where the job is performed. **Can you imagine launching your professional future here?** At Ormazabal, we don’t just manufacture electrical solutions—we also create real opportunities for talented, motivated individuals eager to transform the world.
