Manage technical projects in assigned properties. Monitor compliance with current regulations and protocols established by Technical Management. Coordinate and lead the outsourced security team. Manage assigned service contracts and ensure their proper execution. Oversee technical specifications in leasing contracts. Collaborate with the environmental team to promote sustainable actions. Optimize procedures related to EEM (Environmental and Energy Control) and supervise their implementation. Lead client and tenant relationships, fostering effective communication. Supervise and organize general maintenance of systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, ensuring their efficiency and reliability. Propose actions to improve safety, energy efficiency, cost reduction, and good environmental practices in managed buildings. **Requirements:** --------------- * Technical or higher education related to engineering, architecture, or environmental management. * Previous experience in infrastructure management, maintenance, or environmental management in similar environments. * Knowledge of ISO 14001 standards, current environmental regulations, and renewable energy. * Ability to coordinate teams and manage contracts. * Orientation towards continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and sustainability. * Communication skills and ability to manage customer relationships. * Residence in Vitoria.
