Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Technician for our Plastics business, responsible for ensuring product conformity and compliance with standards, managing documentation, and collaborating with internal and external teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with quality standards in new developments. 2. Lead quality documentation management (FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP). 3. Serve as the direct contact with the customer on quality matters. We need a Quality Technician for our Plastics business. The main responsibilities will be: * Ensure that new developments comply with quality standards (including those of the automotive sector). * Lead documentation management (FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP) and oversee proper industrialization of injection-molded parts. * Work closely with Engineering, Process, and Suppliers to ensure product conformity. * Track validations, risk analyses, and corrective actions. * Maintain direct contact with the customer on quality matters throughout the entire project lifecycle. \- We are looking for a Quality Technician for our Plastics business. The responsibilities include: * Guarantee that new developments meet quality standards (considering those applicable to the automotive industry). * Lead documentation management (FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP). * Supervise the correct industrialization of injection-molded parts. * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Process, and Suppliers to ensure product conformity. * Conduct follow-ups on validations, risk analyses, and corrective actions. * Act as the direct point of contact with the customer on quality matters throughout the entire project lifecycle. * Engineering graduate * Minimum 3 years of experience in this position. * Languages: Basque and English \- * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role. * Languages: Basque and English
