At Telefónica Ingeniería de Seguridad, we are looking for professionals with strong attitude, knowledge, and capabilities to join our team of Project Managers in the Defense and Communications area in Madrid, comprehensively leading the planning, execution, and closure of technical projects, ensuring achievement of cost, schedule, and quality objectives, and adapting specialized knowledge when necessary to guarantee the success of each initiative.**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Project planning and definition: establish clear objectives, scope, timelines, and required resources from the outset. * Resource and time management: organize team work, assign tasks, and optimize use of available resources. * Budget supervision: monitor costs and ensure the project remains within the planned financial margins. * Risk management: identify potential threats, assess them, and design contingency plans to minimize their impact. * Quality control: ensure deliverables meet defined standards and satisfy customer or organizational expectations. * Stakeholder communication: maintain consistent contact with customers, managers, and other stakeholders, providing clear information on project progress. * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams: motivate, coordinate, and align team members toward common objectives, managing conflicts when necessary. * Environmental Project Management: minimize the project’s negative environmental impact by reducing waste generation due to poor practices, promoting reuse wherever possible, ensuring proper waste management, optimizing use of natural and energy resources, and guaranteeing compliance with environmental regulations. **EDUCATION** * Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent. * Four (4) years of project management experience; experience in the defense sector and direct client interaction is desirable. * Desirable: PMP certification, experience with ISO 15289 standard. * Knowledge *of Defense and Security systems*. * Training in regulations applicable to military projects: PECAL 2110, MIL-STD, etc. **COMPETENCIES** * English B2 * Initiative, willingness, and proactivity * Autonomy and independence * Professional responsibility **\#TISIGUALDAD** **\#TIS commits to equal opportunities for women and men**
