With over two decades of experience, HORMICRUZ, S.L. has become a benchmark in the Spanish concrete industry, operating more than 10 production plants distributed across the country and committed to continuous improvement in efficiency and sustainability. **Job Description** -------------------------- We seek to hire a Technical Graduate for our Quality, Environmental Management, and OHS Department, responsible for all functions inherent to these areas across our production plants located in the Levante region. **Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * **Management and maintenance of Quality and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 9001 and 14001)**. * **Control and updating of environmental documentation** within the integrated management system. * Compliance with the requirements established in Royal Decree 163/2019, of March 22, which sets forth the **Technical Instruction for Production Control of Central-Mixed Concrete**. * Monitoring compliance with **applicable environmental legislation** for the facility. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS), particularly regarding document control and joint supervision with an external prevention service. * Coordination with other departments to ensure compliance with **environmental requirements**. **Requirements** -------------- * Solid knowledge of **ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015**. * Ability to perform **document control** for management systems and comply with current regulatory requirements, especially in environmental matters. * Familiarity with **environmental legislation applicable to industrial facilities** (emissions, waste, discharges, fuels, packaging, water, Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control permits (AAI), Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (PRTR)). * Proficiency in office software and **document management tools** (Excel, Word, corporate platforms). * Intermediate level of **technical English (minimum B2, certifiable)**. * Rigor, organization, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally across departments. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Training in **integrated management systems** (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 56001, and 27001). * Knowledge of fresh concrete and/or mortars. * Training as an **ISO internal auditor**. * Training in occupational health and safety (OHS). **What We Offer** ---------------- * Opportunity to join a solid and continuously developing company. * Job stability. * Initial and ongoing training on processes and facilities. * Possibility of enrollment in a private medical insurance plan.
