The role involves cultivating and maintaining strong ties with business partners, negotiating favorable terms and conditions, and promoting mutual collaboration. The ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies that strengthen supply reliability will be highly valued. The selected candidate will participate in strategic procurement planning and inventory oversight to achieve more efficient resource management and cost reduction. They will also be responsible for resolving supply chain incidents and maintaining up-to-date relevant documentation. University degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary Science, or related fields. Proven prior experience in supplier management, preferably within the dairy sector or food industry. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills are required. Strong analytical capability and a pronounced problem-solving orientation. Practical knowledge of inventory management and procurement planning. Proficiency in office software and enterprise management systems. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Intermediate-level English proficiency is mandatory.
