And that’s where you come in. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate 24x7 maintenance teams * Ensure execution of the Maintenance Plan according to contractual requirements * Manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance * Manage assigned spare parts, tools, and materials * Identify technical issues and resolve them * Implement new maintenance processes and activities * Maintain maintenance records and databases (CMMS) * Collaborate on training planning for teams * Collaborate on continuous improvement of maintenance activities * Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality standards **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent. * Leadership and team management skills * Strong decision\-making and problem\-solving abilities * Proficiency with IT tools * Valid Class B driver’s license * Native Spanish speaker **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in railway signaling systems or industrial system maintenance * Experience in telecommunications and optical fiber * Basic Occupational Health and Safety Certification and working at height certification * ADIF authorizations as pilot or works supervisor Thank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
