Job Summary: This role supports the Data Protection Officer in supervising data protection compliance, managing claims, and ensuring privacy in strategic projects within the organization. Supervision of privacy regulatory compliance MISSION Integrated into the Privacy Office of the General Directorate of Supervision and Risk Management, the person joining will support the tasks of the entity’s Data Protection Officer (“DPO”). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES **Collaboration and support to the DPO in the following tasks:** Supervision of compliance with data protection regulations within the organization Handling and resolution of data subject complaints and notifications received from the supervisory authority regarding data protection matters Monitoring compliance with the “privacy by design” procedure Definition of technical and organizational measures to ensure appropriate security levels commensurate with risk Supervision of suppliers and advisory support in third-party management Review of the Record of Processing Activities Conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments and risk analyses Review of privacy controls within the organization Supervision of the exercise of data protection rights Participation in security breach and incident management Review and supervision of international data transfers Participation in strategic projects (CORE NON-LIFE, CORE LIFE, CORE ASSISTANCE, MDM evolution…) Participation in the organization’s artificial intelligence projects REQUIREMENTS **Desired Experience:** Minimum of 6 years’ experience supporting and assisting Data Protection Officers Experience in privacy and data protection Participation in sector-specific privacy forums **Required Knowledge:** University degree in Law is desirable.
