Professional development in a dynamic environment and large-scale projects DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking a **Safety and Risk Management & Interoperability Technician** with experience in the railway sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Technical Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, and must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience. Of this total experience, at least two (2) years must have been specifically dedicated to risk management tasks within the railway domain and to Commissioning processes. Main responsibilities will include analyzing whether proposed interventions constitute elements forming part of a change process within the railway system. Furthermore, the candidate will provide technical support to the team responsible for determining the potential significance of the changes to be implemented and will be responsible for drafting the corresponding Annex. The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of the Technical Specifications for Interoperability (TSIs), Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 402/2013 of 30 April on the adoption of a common safety method for risk assessment and evaluation, and Royal Decree 929/2020 of 27 October on operational safety and railway interoperability. This role is fundamental to ensuring safety and proper integration of new implementations into the railway network. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in railway signalling projects. * Familiarity with risk management tools. * Project management certifications. * Proficiency in English.
