Additionally, this role is critical during the implementation of quality-related projects within production. You will be responsible for defining, maintaining, and improving cross-functional GMP processes and ensuring the documentation lifecycle. You will participate in change controls or deviations if they affect quality processes under your responsibility. You will facilitate risk management processes. You will participate in inspections and audits. You will facilitate the evaluation process of corporate quality standards in the manufacturing area. You will monitor quality KPIs in production. You will participate in the training system and ensure its proper implementation in the area. You will collaborate on or lead continuous quality improvement projects in the manufacturing area. **Who You Are:** * Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Chemistry) or Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in production and/or quality roles within pharmaceutical or food industries. * Fluent English (spoken and written). * In-depth knowledge of GxP regulations. Familiarity with management tools such as TW, ManGo, and HR4You Learning. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
