Opportunity for **remote work from Spain**. Preferred location: Madrid (not mandatory). **Main Responsibilities** * 1\. Governance and Executive Support The Project Manager will act as the liaison between technical teams and senior leadership, ensuring that AI initiatives comply with and align to business objectives. * **Steering Committee (SteerCo) Management:** preparation of monthly reports, tracking of decisions, and agenda management for executive stakeholders. * **Internal Governance:** support in AI inventory, risk register maintenance, and change programs related to AI governance. * **External Presentations:** development of strategic presentations and key messages for conferences, board meetings, and clients. * **Internal:** support for regional meetings, SLMs, and GETs. **2\. TOM (Target Operating Model) Project Management** This role will be pivotal in implementing the new operating model based on data analytics and artificial intelligence. * Lead the **planning, execution, and monitoring of the AI TOM.** * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and correct project delivery. **3\.
