If you have experience supervising civil and mechanical construction and are looking to join a challenging project in the photovoltaic sector, this is your opportunity. **About the position:** As a PV Mechanical/Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for the proper execution of civil and mechanical works on the project, ensuring compliance with established quality and technical standards. Your role will be critical to the project’s success, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Detailed supervision of civil and mechanical works at the photovoltaic plant. * Rigorous quality control of work and compliance with technical specifications. * Management and coordination of work teams and subcontractors involved in the project. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations throughout all phases of construction. * Active participation in project progress meetings, preparing reports and managing incidents. * Preparation of technical and progress reports. * Validation of measurements and work certifications. * Collaboration with other departments (engineering, quality, safety) to resolve issues and optimize processes. * Monitoring of the schedule and allocated resources. * Ensuring correct installation of mechanical systems (solar trackers, structures, etc.). **What we’re looking for:** To join our team, you must meet the following requirements: * University degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Proven experience of at least 3 years in construction supervision roles, preferably within the renewable energy sector. * Specific experience in the construction and supervision of photovoltaic plants. * Experience managing work teams and subcontractors. * Mandatory completion of the 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) course, holding the designation of Preventive Resource. * Geographic availability to work in the Teruel area. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of project management tools. * Experience in construction budget control. * Proficiency in design or CAD software. **What we offer:** At Eosol Group, we offer you the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company, a leader in the renewable energy sector.
