Our client is a leading engineering and construction company with extensive experience in technological and industrial projects. Currently, it is seeking to hire a Mechanical Production Manager to lead the mechanical activities of an ambitious data center project. The Mechanical Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all mechanical installation activities (HVAC, air conditioning, piping, etc.) within the data center construction project. This role will be critical to ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise on-site mechanical work execution, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and the project schedule. * Coordinate internal work teams and subcontractors. * Carry out detailed weekly and daily production planning. * Monitor the quality of completed work and verify compliance with technical and safety standards. * Manage the material and human resources required for production. * Participate in progress meetings with site management and other disciplines (electrical, civil, etc.). * Report progress, incidents, and requirements to the Project Manager. * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Proven experience as Production Manager or Site Supervisor in industrial or technological projects, preferably in data centers. * Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical installations, and site coordination. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Good level of English (desirable). * Willingness to work on-site and manage multidisciplinary teams.
