




We are looking for a person passionate about the food industry and with experience in team management to join a team at the Alto Palancia plant in Castellón. Main responsibilities include managing and coordinating industrial activities to ensure manufacturing efficiency. The role involves participating in the weekly planning of operations, supervising the proper functioning of facilities, and assigning tasks to staff under supervision. It also includes proposing process improvements, recording relevant production documentation, and coordinating with other departments to maintain facilities in optimal condition. Additionally, the role entails managing external audits and controlling product losses. A degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering or a related field—or equivalent experience in the sector—is required. Prior experience in managing production plants, leadership skills, knowledge of HACCP systems and food safety regulations is mandatory. Teamwork ability, analytical skills and basic knowledge of waste management will be valued. Availability to work rotating shifts is a requirement.
