We support urban mobility projects throughout their entire lifecycle. **What We Expect** As Project Manager, you will be assigned a portfolio of projects, requiring you to carry out the core responsibilities of the role for each project across its various phases. **Responsibilities** * Project Initiation: Contract analysis, scope definition, initial planning and price review. Preparation of the project charter. * Planning: Development of supply, installation, safety, and quality plans. Detailed task-level planning and resource allocation. * Execution: Communication with the customer, management of technical documentation and site visit reports. Control of variations, risks, opportunities, and non-conformities. * Monitoring and Control: Oversight of supplies and works. Change management and tracking of key dates (contract, manufacturing, installation). Customer certification and invoicing, as well as supplier invoice control. * Project Closure: Test protocols, industry registrations and handover reports. Delivery to internal and external customers, supplier closure.
