**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is seeking to hire 1 Team Leader to support technical and administrative tasks related to Public Administration Management Systems in the Community of Madrid. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Act as liaison with Project Management regarding activities to be carried out. * Distribute work among staff assigned to execute the assignment. * Provide staff assigned with necessary work orders and instructions related to the delivery of the assigned service. * Supervise proper performance by team members of their assigned functions. * Conduct quality control over daily work performed by team members. * Monitor staff attendance at the workplace. * Monitor productivity. * Collaborate in staff training. * Perform personnel management duties (vacation management, workload allocation, timekeeping control, etc.). * Prepare management reports. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying and certifying the required professional experience. * Internship annexes verifying and certifying the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold an official Spanish university degree: Bachelor’s, Engineering, Architecture or Bachelor’s Degree + Official Master’s Degree (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Previous Experience** * At least 9 months of professional experience managing teams of 5 or more people. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * At least 6 months of professional experience performing duties as Team Leader for recording or processing teams handling administrative files of the Community of Madrid. * At least 9 months of professional experience performing duties as Team Leader or supporting coordination of teams of 7 or more people within the last 3 years. * At least 3 months of professional experience using software applications for electronic file management in the Public Administration. **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. + Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. + Possibility of up to 50% remote work for energy-saving purposes.
